This is a very popular sweet street food dish in Indonesia. I personally love Martabak Manis with a very thick "pancake" with the traditional filling are chocolate sprinkle, crush peanut, sesame seed, condense milk combine in one or cheese, and condense milk. This popular street snack has variations across Southeast Asia, in Singapore and Malaysia, these are also known as Appam Balik or Mi Jiang Kueh. Martabak Singapore is also very famous with variety of flavours.
